The wine “Terraisassi” is a result from a balanced blend of Cabernet Souvignon (40%) , Merlot (30%) and Sangiovese (30%). The name of this wine respect the kind of soul , full of fossils, where the grapes we use grow on. As for the other wines Igt produced “Terraisassi” is the result of careful harvest . After an accurate fermentation on skins this wine is aged in French oak barrels for 24 months before refining in bottle for other 8 months.
