The first time we started to produce this Igt red wine was in the far 1998. It comes from a high selection of Cabernet Sauvignon (40%) , Merlot (30%) and Sangiovese (30%). Maceration and fermentation takes place at controlled temperature. The resulting wine is aged for 24 months in oak French barrels and it is finally refined in bottle for a long lasting period before release.
