“BARACCA 1903” results from a careful selection of Sangiovese, Merlot, Black Malvasia and a small percentage of Syrah grapes. After the traditional maturation in cement tanks , this wine is aged for 8 months in oak french barrels and then ends its maturation in 25 hlt french barrels for 4 months. Refined in bottle for minimum 6 months before release.

Flavour

deep, smooth and warm flavor, full bodied with a well refined tannin that leaves a long and lasting end
